As we work to enhance our Business e-services, we continue to do the same with our online guidance. We are always looking to make our support easier to follow and more accessible. This is all to make sure our professional customers who use Business e-services have all the help they need, be it to
- submit applications electronically;
- request information from us online; or
- use MapSearch – our new online index map.
Over the last few months, we have developed our YouTube channel. If you take a look, you will find a wealth of information about how to use our services. Video guidance such as:

or how to submit an application using our electronic Document Registration Service (e-DRS).
We have also started to release videos to help members of the public fill out our application forms, such as how to fill in our form AP1.
If you don’t have access to YouTube from your computer, you can still access customer guides on our website.
Business e-services customers can also access guidance within the Business e-services themselves. This allows you to easily find the information you need as you are using the service.
We have also developed a support forum. This includes answers to frequently asked questions about our services.

As we have developed our new guides we have found some of our written guidance has now become obsolete or has been duplicated elsewhere. This is why we have withdrawn part two of our Technical Manual and five of our practice guides. As we develop our guidance further, we will continue to track our online help to find the right balance for our customers.
