This Sunday (1st September) we’ll be making a number of software updates to our Business e-services (Portal, Find a Property and Business Gateway).
Business e-Services improvements.
- Improvement to the on-screen instructions provided for Official Copy and Land Charges Searches to remove inconsistencies in current advice.
‘Find a Property’ improvements.
- Amended advice to install any PDF reader rather than just Adobe Acrobat.
- Improvements to links within Find a Property to go to specific sections in certain pages to allow for customer to get to the information that is relevant more quickly.
- Fixed issue where searches with long property descriptions would result in ‘Sorry there has been an unexpected error’.
Business Gateway Improvements
- Efficiencies to make better use to the XML data currently submitted by customers.
This release is part of our ongoing aim to provide straightforward and convenient digital services for our customers and members of the public.
During the release our E-Services will be unavailable between 07:00 and 11:00.
