Following customer feedback, we’re currently making enhancements to the House Price Index search and adding a method of creating individual reports from our Price Paid Data. As part of these developments we will be carrying out usability testing at our Coventry Office and need volunteers with an interest in our data to take part.
Usability testing allows our products to be tested by real customers to measure how easy it is for users to reach their goals. Users are asked to complete tasks, typically while they are being observed by a researcher, to see if they encounter any problems. We’re keen to obtain the opinions of our customers and take these into account before making any changes to our services.
Land Registry has made a significant investment in equipping a state of the art Usability Testing Suite at our Coventry Office, using it to ensure we design and create the most straightforward user experiences possible.
Testing will take place on 9 – 11 April. If you would be interested in taking part in testing for either enhancement, please get in touch
If you are not able to attend but are interested in this project, there may be some very limited opportunities for our Product Development Team to visit you, dependent on location.
